日前，哈佛大学官方网站发布了张克镇院长将于2013年5月8日在Folin Wu会议室举办题为“中国传统医学与未来医学创新”研讨会的消息。
在介绍张院长时，哈佛大学这样写道：
Dr. Zhang Kezhen, the President of Beijing Taijitang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, is afamous acupuncturist and herbalist in China. He is also visiting Lecturer in Peking University and Chinese Academy of Science. He gave many talks on TV Channels and public media in China and has a few books published. In his talk, Dr. Zhang will present a few case study including ankylosing spondylitis, facial neuritis, coronary heart disease et al. Based on his experience and research, he will also discuss his view of TCM and a proposal for future medical innovations.
张克镇医生，北京泰济堂中医医院院长，以针灸和中药治疗得名。曾到北京大学和中国科学院进行演讲，多次在电视及其他公共媒体发表讲说，并出版了多部书籍。在这次演讲中，张医生将展示他的几个病例研究，包括强直性脊柱炎、面神经炎、冠心病等等。同时，张医生也会基于他的经历和研究谈谈他对中医的看法，以及他对未来医学创新的建议。
